The fine hollow fibres are strong, lightweight and long-lasting, they're also stain, odour, wrinkle and even flame resistant. An eco-friendly and renewable fibre, Royal Alpaca's delicate fineness means that won’t cause itching often associated with more course woollen fibres. Bred and prized in the Andes for over 5,000 years the alpaca is a smaller cousin of the llama and the same properties that protect the alpaca in temperatures of -28C to +27C mean that your little ones will be kept cool in the heat and warm in the cold.

This is an average guideline to Cashmirino's clothing sizes. Each size is based on the average measurements of a child of that age without shoes.

Orders & Delivery
We will keep you informed at all stages during the order process. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of dispatch with your unique tracking number.
We reserve all rights to change the courier services we work with. all our deliveries via an elected courier service of our choice; but we reserve the right to change this.

Shipping Times
If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day. Our estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 1 - 3 working days
- Europe: 2 – 4 working days
- Rest of the world: 3- 7 working days
Christmas Orders
For orders placed from 24th November until the 25th December, customers can return up until Friday 21st January.
From 25th December, our returns policy shall be the usual period which allows customers to cancel orders up until 14 days after receipt of goods.
Please note that orders for the UK & Europe - Order before 12pm on Thursday 19th December.
Please note that orders for the Rest of World - Order before 12pm on Monday 16th December.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Duties and Taxes Information
Your order includes prepaid customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) for the goods that are due to be delivered to the country specified by you. Your order is also inclusive of VAT, if applicable, that is payable to the tax authorities in the UK. Cashmirino London Limited pays these charges on behalf of you.
