If you need to return an online purchase, our returns process could not be easier.
You have 14 days to request a refund or exchange your purchases from the date that you received your goods. If a return is received outside of this period, it is at Cashmirino’s discretion to accept it or not.
For those who live in the UK and Europe, we will collect your ordered goods from your home, workplace or an alternative address free of charge. Only the first exchange or refund will be complimentary.
Customers outside of the UK and the EU will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. This includes taxes and duties.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Cashmirino labels and tags still attached. If the value of goods is diminished by any amount, as a result of handling the goods by the client beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, Cashmirino will recover that amount from the consumer, up to contract price. Cashmirino may recover the amount by deduction from the amount to be reimbursed or must be paid by the client.
We will not accept returns on swimwear that has been worn or soiled.
If you are unsure about keeping your shoes, please try on the shoes on a carpet or soft surface to avoid damage to the sole.

How can I return/exchange my purchases?
To book a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log into your account on our website, www.cashmirino.com. You should be presented with three options: Log Out, Wishlist and Returns.
2. Select Returns to view your recently purchased items in the Return Center.
3. Select items and quantity you wish to return to Cashmirino.
4. Do let us know why you would like to return/exchange your items.
5. Let us know how we can resolve your request i.e. by refund or exchange.
6. When asked how you will send the items, simply select Submit.
7. You return request is now completed. A member of the Customer Service Team will follow up on your request to arrange collection of item(s) from you.
If items were purchased through guest checkout, a history of recently purchased items will not be available. Kindly follow these steps instead to book a return/exchange:
1. Request a return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include your order number, items you would like to return and the quantity.
2. A member of our Customer Service Team will follow up on your request to confirm and arrange collection of item(s) from you.
To ensure that your return/exchange is covered by Cashmirino’s complimentary service, you must send your return/exchange back from the same country that it was delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination will incur additional charges and potential delays through customs.
If you are not covered by our complimentary service, it is preferable you return your purchases to us through our suggested courier and method to ensure that they are insured and protected. If you return via another means, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage. If you wish to do this, you can send your purchase to the following address:

Receiving a refund
Once we have received your return and we are satisfied that the item is in its original condition, you will receive an e-mail within 3 days notifying you that your refund has been processed.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the client used for the initial transaction.
Taxes & Duties
All sales and taxes will be refunded if your order has been delivered to a country within the EU. Custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Cashmirino London Limited. For those customers outside of the EU, you may be able to recover these sums by contacting your local customs bureau.
