- 1 Fennel
- 2 Oranges
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive oil
- Pine nuts (of your choosing)
- Black olives (of your choosing)
1. Take apart the outer shell of the fennel and cut it in thin slices.
2. Peel the oranges “in vivo”, which means to remove also their white skin, and cut them horizontally in order to have slices similar to flowers!
3. Insert two pine nuts and an olive to resemble the pistil of the flower.
4. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
