- Half cabbage
- 1 Red apple
- 8-10 Walnuts
- 1 Teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 100 g of speck (optional)
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
1. Cut the cabbage in the same way of the cut in very thin slices.
2. Peel the apple and cut into cubes.
3. Add the cabbage with the apple and also the nuts, coarsely broken, and the fennel seeds.
4. Season with salt, olive oil and white wine vinegar.
5. Let it stand for half an hour before serving it.
