How do your clothes support sustainability?

Our clothes support sustainability by using organic and natural fibres and ethical production practices. This reduces environmental impact, promotes responsible fashion, and ensures long-lasting, high-quality garments.

Where are your clothes made?

Cashmirino clothing is crafted in Italy, Peru, and Inner Mongolia by specialist artisans known for their expertise in children’s luxury clothing.

We produce in small, ethical workshops to ensure the highest quality, softness and durability. Each region is chosen for its heritage craftsmanship and exceptional natural fibres.

What materials do you use?

We use only natural luxury fibres—cashmere, alpaca, Pima cotton and fine linens—to create soft, breathable and long-lasting clothing for babies and children.

Are your clothes suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Cashmirino garments are made only from natural, breathable fibres such as pure cashmere, Royal alpaca and Pima cotton. These materials are naturally soft, hypoallergenic and gentle, making them ideal for babies and children with sensitive skin.

Are your clothes made from organic or natural fabrics?

Yes! Our clothing is crafted using high-quality organic and natural fibers to ensure comfort, durability, and sustainability.

Is your packaging sustainable or suitable for gifting?

Yes! Our packaging is eco-friendly, made from recyclable materials, and designed to be stylish and gift-ready. Perfect for reducing waste while presenting a beautiful, thoughtful gift.

Repairs & Care

Can I personalise my embroidery?

Yes! We can hand-embroider a personalised message or name on your dress. A hidden hand-embroidered message along the lining reads:

“This hand-embroidered dress is unique and special, just like you.”

You may also add a personalised greeting, for example: “Dear Mariam… Love Mum & Dad.”

Embroidery is hand-finished by skilled artisans.

Pricing varies by the number of characters to reflect the time and precision required for each stitch:

Embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once completed.

How to care for cashmere?

Our cashmere is crafted from the finest fibres sourced from the mountains of Inner Mongolia, known for producing some of the softest and most luxurious cashmere in the world.

To care for it, wash gently by hand in cool water using a mild wool or silk detergent. Do not wring or twist. Reshape and lay flat on a towel to dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. Avoid tumble drying or hanging, as this can stretch or damage the delicate fibres.

What is the best way to wash alpaca knitwear?

Alpaca wool should be washed with care to maintain its luxurious softness. Hand-wash in cold water with a gentle detergent suitable for wool. Rinse well, press out excess water without twisting, and dry flat on a towel away from heat or sunlight. Never tumble dry alpaca knitwear.

How do I care for silk?

To keep your silk garments looking luxurious and lasting longer, we recommend dry cleaning only. Silk is a delicate natural fiber, and professional dry cleaning helps preserve its color, texture, and shape.

Tip: Always store silk in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.

Do you offer repair services?

Repair services are handled on a case-by-case basis. We need to assess the garment first to determine if it can be repaired.

You can send photos of the item to customerservice@cashmirino.com, and our in-house atelier will review it and advise on the options available.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 working days within the UK.

International shipping times vary and may take 4-7 working days.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Will I need to pay taxes on my Cashmirino order?

Taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country. UK orders do not include extra taxes, but international customers may be responsible for import fees.

Can I order an item that is out of stock in advance?

Unfortunately, you cannot order in advance if we run out of sizes online, but be sure to choose to be notified once it comes back into stock. You’ll then receive an email from us with a link to our website to buy the item.

How do I return a Cashmirino item?

We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unworn and with all Cashmirino labels and tags still attached, within 30 days of the date of dispatch.

If you require a different size, we would be pleased to exchange your item for the identical product, provided that the terms of our returns policy are met.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your Cashmirino order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I return or exchange sales items?

Sale items are eligible for returns or exchanges within a 14-day return period.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless you received a faulty item.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
