Returns Policy for Online and Store Purchases
Each Cashmirino piece is created with care. Should an item not be suitable, returns are accepted within our returns policy and managed directly through our Customer Care team.
Returns
To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@cashmirino.com.
Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and quantities.
Return Service
Returns must be sent from the country of delivery to qualify for complimentary collection service.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt and approval, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Duties and taxes are non-refundable on international orders.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover return costs in accordance with UK consumer law.
