Returns Policy for Online and Store Purchases

Cashmirino Returns & Refunds

Returning your purchases is simple and hassle-free. Follow our guide to get a refund or exchange quickly.

Returning Online Purchases

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Exchanges: Place a new order for the item you want.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, with all labels/tags.
  • Swimwear: Returns not accepted if worn or soiled.
  • Shoes: Try on soft surfaces to avoid damage.

Complimentary Returns (UK, EU & Switzerland)

We collect your items from home, work, or another address free of charge. Only the first return is complimentary.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping and any taxes or duties. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Purchases

For Registered Accounts

  1. Log in at www.cashmirino.com
  2. Go to Returns in your account
  3. Select items and quantity to return
  4. Provide a reason for the return
  5. Select how you would like us to resolve your request (e.g., refund)
  6. Choose Submit for shipping
  7. Our Customer Service Team will arrange collection

For Guest Checkout

  1. Email customerservice@cashmirino.com with your order number, items, and quantities
  2. Our Customer Service Team will arrange collection

Returns must be sent from the same country the order was delivered to for complimentary service. International returns should use our recommended courier for insurance and protection.

Receiving a Refund

  • We will email you within 3 days once your return is received and approved.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • International orders: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

Email customerservice@cashmirino.com to arrange a gift return. Note: Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store.

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchanges only, no refunds.
  • Exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

We use DHL for reliable, tracked deliveries. If your parcel is missing:

  1. Check delivery address, household members, and neighbours
  2. Contact us within 5 days of delivery via customerservice@cashmirino.com
  3. We will investigate with DHL (scans, GPS, driver notes)

If DHL confirms delivery, we cannot refund or replace unless there is clear evidence of an error. If lost or misdelivered, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

We are not responsible for parcels stolen after confirmed delivery. Consider filing a police report or checking home insurance coverage.
