The Green Lockers Liberty print is a collection of lockets and locks — hearts, shields and ornate clasps scattered across cream in sage, dusty pink, peach and gold. At the waist, the smocking wraps the entire dress in a continuous band front and back, manually worked using traditional artisanal techniques. The threads draw from the sage and rose tones of the print itself, gathering the richness of the design into a beautifully shaped silhouette. Over the smocking, a rectangular panel has been hand-embroidered in pink thread, framing the centre of the band with quiet precision. On either side, golden keys are hand-embroidered in the same warm gold as the lockets above — upright, intricate and placed with purpose. The keys and lockets are in conversation across the whole dress, creating a detail that reveals itself the closer you look.
The cream piping at the neckline brings a crisp finish to the palette, while the cotton tulle crinoline underneath gives the skirt its beautiful volume and movement.
