- 4 egg whites
- 280g icing sugar
In a mixing bowl whip egg whites with icing sugar until stiff and foamy.
Turn on the oven at 100 degrees. Insert the mixture in a sac-à-poche,
Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and with the sac-à-poche create clumps paying attention to keep a distance between them as they will increase in size when they are cooking.
Bake it for 1h and 30 min.
Turn off the oven and leave the meringues inside the oven to rest without opening the oven.
These meringues are great served with strawberries and whipped cream!
